Welcome to the Monia Apartment building, a new upmarket residential property in Phnom Penh’s leading expat neighbourhood with 33 serviced apartments over 14 floors. Launch in late 2017, the property offers five types of serviced apartment ranging from lofts to a two-floor penthouse with four bedrooms and three bathrooms overlooking our rooftop swimming pool. All of our fully-furnished apartments are ready to occupy. They include kitchenware, bed linen, towels, irons and ironing boards. Cooking facilities are electric and include microwave ovens.
