The 13th floor features a rooftop swimming pool and a gym.The pool area offers a commanding view of the neighbourhood and beyond, including the imposing Independence Monument 
and the gardens stretching down to the Bassac River. It is an ideal place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city below. 
 

FITNESS

The gym features the latest equipment for residents to keep fit. Use of the gym is free of charge.

 INTERNET / WIFI

High-speed wifi, water and cable television with more than 80 channels are free. All apartments have high-definition flat-screen televisions except for the penthouse which has two. 

CAFETERIA

The mezzanine level includes a cafe open throughout the day into the early evening.

PARKING LOT

Indoor parking is available on the first and second floors. Vehicles can access the car park by elevator.

HOUSE KEEPING

Cleaning services are provided two times a week and bed linen is changed once a week.
